How to download the SenseRobot mobile app
1.For newly manufactured robots, after powering on, a QR code will appear with the following prompt: “Please scan the QR code to download the app and bind to the network.” Scan the code to download the SenseRobot mobile app.
2.You can also directly download it from the app store. iPhone users can get it from the App Store, and Android users can download it from the Android app store.
What to do if you see the “Network connection failed” message during the first binding?
1.Check if the Wi-Fi SSID and the password you entered are correct.
2.Move the robot closer to the router. The robot supports both 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi bands.
3.If the above methods don’t work, try restoring the robot to factory settings and then attempt to bind it again.
Can I use the product without registering?
After receiving the product, you need to register as a player in the mobile app and bind the robot. If you choose not to register, you can use it in Guest Mode. However, any game records in Guest Mode will not be saved. It is recommended to register as a player as soon as possible.
Please note that the product needs to be continuously powered on to operate (using a standard two-prong power source; USB power is not supported).
