1.Introduction

At SENSEROBOT, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction.  This Warranty Policy details the terms and conditions under which we provide warranty coverage for our products.  By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

 

2.Warranty Coverage

2.1.  Warranty Period

We offer a warranty for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of delivery of the product to the customer (the "Warranty Period").  This warranty applies to defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.  It is applicable only to SENSEROBOT-branded hardware products and any additional components included in the original packaging.

2.2.  Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please return the product, freight prepaid, in its original packaging or packaging providing equivalent protection to the address specified by us.  You may need to provide proof of purchase and/or comply with registration requirements as per applicable law before receiving warranty service.

 

3.Exclusions and Limitations

3.1.  Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Consumable parts such as batteries or protective coatings designed to wear out over time, unless failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and broken plastic parts, unless caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

Damage resulting from use with third-party components or products not meeting SENSEROBOT's specifications.

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external causes.

Damage resulting from operating the product outside of SENSEROBOTs published guidelines.

Damage from service performed by unauthorized personnel.

Products modified to alter functionality or capability without written permission from SENSEROBOT.

Normal wear and tear or aging of the product.

Products with removed or defaced serial numbers.

 

3.2.  Unauthorized Repairs

Only SENSEROBOT or its authorized agents are permitted to perform repairs.  Opening the product yourself may void the warranty.  We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if the product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties.

 

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

4.1.  Submitting a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact our customer support team at support@senserobotchess.com with the following information:

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)

Description of the defect or issue

Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

 

4.2.  Return Instructions

Upon verification of your claim, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.  You are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

 

5.Remedies

5.1.  Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, we will repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a similar model.  If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may issue a refund.  Replacements or repaired products will be returned as originally configured, subject to any applicable updates.

5.2.  Replacement Warranty

Replaced or repaired parts or products will have the remaining term of the original warranty or 90 (ninety) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.  Replaced items become our property, and replacement items become your property.

 

6.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SENSEROBOTs liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described in this Warranty Policy.  We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
